The team works across multiple business divisions, identifying, prioritising and implementing AI opportunities that drive measurable outcomes. Current initiatives span conversational AI, voice AI, knowledge management and RAG-based solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence AI adoption at scale across commercial growth functions.RoleAs a Senior AI Product Owner, you'll own a portfolio of AI opportunities across pricing, marketing and subscription-focused business areas, taking initiatives from discovery through to adoption. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and specialist delivery teams to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible commercial value.ResponsibilitiesLead AI discovery workshops to identify and shape high-value opportunitiesPrioritise and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives across commercial functionsDevelop business cases, value hypotheses and success metrics for GenAI solutionsDrive adoption of Conversational AI, Voice AI and RAG-based capabilitiesPartner with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across pricing, marketing and subscriptionsCoordinate implementation with AI specialists, engineers and delivery teamsTrack business impact, adoption and continuous improvement of deployed solutionsKey DetailsSalary Range: £80k-90k (stretch to £95k) fixed income + 20% bonusWorking Model: Southwark, London | 3 days per week in officeTech Stack: Generative AI, LLMs, Conversational AI, Voice AI, RAG, Knowledge Management Systems, Low-Code/No-Code AI SolutionsVisa Sponsorship: No sponsorship availableInterested?
