AI Product Owner - Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe’re looking for an AI Product Owner to play a pivotal role in a major enterprise AI transformation for the largest bank in Saudi Arabia.This is a priority role within a programme delivering six major AI transformation projects across the bank, building self-contained agentic AI systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.You’ll sit at the centre of business, technology and delivery - taking the bank’s strategic objectives and turning them into a clear, prioritised and executable roadmap for the engineering teams. You’ll own prioritisation and delivery accountability across interconnected AI workstreams, helping senior stakeholders make decisions, managing trade-offs and ensuring technical teams always know what needs to be delivered next and why.This isn’t a traditional Product Owner role focused purely on managing tickets. We need someone commercially strong, technically fluent and confident operating with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving enterprise transformation where requirements will continue to evolve as the technology is built.Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You’ll be flown to Riyadh for this project, working closely with the client and wider delivery team on site. The package includes accommodation and agreed living costs in Riyadh, as well as one return trip home per month, covered by the business. There is also a 10% completion bonus.What You’ll Do• Own prioritisation and delivery accountability across multiple AI transformation workstreams.• Translate strategic business objectives into clear, sequenced AI product roadmaps.• Build, maintain and prioritise product backlogs across multiple technical projects.• Work directly with senior stakeholders to define desired business outcomes, requirements and priorities.• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for AI, data and engineering teams.• Partner closely with AI Engineers, Data Engineers and architects to sequence technical delivery.• Make clear prioritisation and trade-off decisions across competing requirements and workstreams.• Identify and actively manage dependencies across the six AI initiatives.• Drive requirements definition where the business problem or technical solution is still evolving.• Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, decisions and blockers.• Establish effective delivery and product governance across a complex multi-project programme.• Ensure technical solutions remain aligned to measurable business outcomes rather than becoming technology-led exercises.• Lead and facilitate senior stakeholder workshops, planning sessions and programme decision-making.• Work across incomplete information and evolving scope, bringing structure and clarity to delivery.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a senior Product Owner who is equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and technical delivery with engineering teams.• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or transformation delivery lead within complex enterprise environments.• Experience delivering AI, data, technology or digital transformation programmes.• Strong technical fluency in agentic AI, LLM deployment and modern AI architecture.• The ability to understand technical dependencies and sequence AI and data delivery effectively.• Strong product backlog management, roadmap development and requirements-writing capability.• Experience working directly with engineering, architecture and data teams.• Demonstrated ability to engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders within large organisations.• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance value, scope, complexity and delivery constraints.• Experience managing delivery across several concurrent projects or workstreams.• Confidence operating where requirements are incomplete, ambiguous or rapidly evolving.• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.Nice to Have• Previous Product Ownership experience across AI or data transformation programmes.• Banking or financial services experience.• Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.• Understanding of enterprise AI governance and responsible AI.• Experience establishing governance across large, multi-project programmes.• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or cloud-based AI programmes.• Middle East or Saudi market experience.Working With UsWe are a fast-growing AI consultancy bringing together strategy, transformation, engineering and data expertise to solve complex client problems.You’ll work alongside senior consultants, AI engineers, architects and data specialists, with significant exposure to client leadership and real influence over how the programme develops.This is an opportunity to help shape AI adoption at enterprise scale — moving beyond experimentation and into technology that becomes part of how a major organisation actually operates.We invest in our people through hands-on experience, mentorship and access to emerging technology.
