AI Project Manager (Junior) - Upto 30M

We work across AI transformation consulting, AI literacy, bespoke AI development, and enterprise implementation.We’re looking for a Junior AI Project Manager who can sit at the intersection of clients, consulting, and technology. You’ll help turn ambiguous business problems into structured AI initiatives, support organizations in building AI literacy, and keep engagements moving from idea to execution.Description:AI ConsultingSupport AI readiness assessments, use-case discovery, and transformation roadmaps.Turn client problems and workshop findings into clear recommendations and action plans.Prepare and participate in client workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions.AI Literacy & EnablementHelp develop AI literacy programs for employees, managers, and executives.Create practical training around GenAI, agents, AI-native workflows, and responsible AI.Support and progressively lead workshops and hands-on training.Translate complex AI concepts into practical business applications.Project DeliveryCoordinate milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across engagements.Connect clients, consultants, and engineers and keep everyone aligned.Turn discussions into clear decisions, owners, and next actions.Identify blockers early and take ownership of moving work forward.Requirement:Strong curiosity about AI and how it is changing the way organizations work.
