AI Research Engineer

Do you have experience in AI research across LLMs, agents, evaluations, benchmarking, AI safety, alignment or RL environments?Have you built, published or shipped AI/ML research, benchmarks, evaluations or agent-related projects beyond purely theoretical work?Are you a fresh PhD graduate, early-career researcher or experienced hire with a strong background in CS, ML, AI or NLP from a top university?Are you a strong hands-on coder who enjoys building, testing and shipping rather than only writing papers?Can you operate autonomously on ambiguous technical problems and turn research ideas into production-ready outputs?If you answer yes to the above, then this confidential role could be the one for you. The successful candidate will help build high-impact benchmarks, datasets and environments used to improve model reasoning and intelligence at scale.Salary on offer is $200,000 to $400,000, with more potentially available for an exceptional candidate.
