AI Research Engineer

This is an opportunity to work for the fastest growing AI Security Start-Up in the world. After recently securing the largest Series A Funding amount in their category, they are looking to scale their Lab team which is currently an elite team with Researchers coming from the likes of Meta, xAI, Stripe and world's best academics.You will work on a team that focuses on deploying autonomous agents into RL 'Training Gyms' to go through complex red teaming exercises, post training, evals and hardened security loops to so agents are trained on the types of adversaries they will face in the real world.This is a highly compelling role that offers a lot of freedom and autonomy for you to balance research and engineering to your own accord. You will work in a lab environment, conducting cutting edge research, training llms as well as developing custom mechanisms.Role;-Develop, fine tune and deploy advanced AI models-implement fine-tuning techniques to adapt pre-trained LLM's to new tasks and domains ensuring the best performance, quality and accuracy-Research and innovation; stay up to date with latest research and advancements in AI, LLms, Model Eval, Fine Tuning techniques-Assist and contribute to adversarial LLM red-teaming, developing TTPs and using AI to find vulnerabilities in GenAI applicationsPerson;-MS or PhD in CompSci, AI, Ml or similar field from a top school-Experience in Pre or Post Training-Open to years of experience from junior-mid level and senior level-Strong with ML frameworks and Python- Extra curricular applied research or contributions to open source projects in ai world is highly regarded
