Our platform matches subject-matter experts (like you) with paid consulting work on frontier projects at these labs.Who We're Looking ForYou are an active machine learning researcher publishing original work at peer-reviewed venues, with deep knowledge of your subfield and a clear sense of which problems in it are genuinely hard.Ideal backgrounds include:Faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and research scientists at leading ML, CS, or EECS departmentsPhD students conducting and publishing original researchResearch scientists and engineers at industrial AI research labsResearchers at AI institutes and non-profits (AI2, Mila, Vector, MPI, INRIA, and similar)Research staff at AI-native startups working on models and methods rather than applicationsResearchers specializing in a substantive area (e.g. LLMs and NLP, reinforcement learning, computer vision and multimodal models, generative modelling, learning theory and optimization, interpretability, alignment and safety, robotics, speech, ML systems and efficiency)Reviewers, area chairs, and workshop organisers at major ML venuesAuthors of survey papers, textbooks, benchmarks, or widely-cited technical analysisMinimum QualificationsFluent English reading and writing skillsPhD in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a closely related field. PhD candidate welcome as well.An active publication record, demonstrated by any of the following within the last 3 years: first-author publication at a peer-reviewed venue; senior or corresponding authorship; or substantial contribution to a multi-author paperPublication at venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL/EMNLP/NAACL, CVPR/ICCV/ECCV, ICRA/CoRL/RSS, Interspeech/ICASSP, AAAI, AISTATS, UAI, COLT, MLSys, KDD, JMLR, TMLR, or comparable peer-reviewed venues in your subfield
