AI ResearcherRole DescriptionWe are seeking an AI Researcher to drive innovation through cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging computational technologies. This role focuses on advancing AI capabilities by exploring novel algorithms, developing intelligent models, conducting rigorous experiments, and translating research findings into practical solutions that address real-world challenges.The successful candidate will investigate state-of-the-art techniques across areas such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and autonomous intelligent systems. You will identify research opportunities, formulate hypotheses, design experimental methodologies, and evaluate innovative approaches using quantitative and qualitative performance metrics.Key responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, analyzing recent academic publications, designing reproducible experiments, developing proof-of-concept models, benchmarking algorithms, and improving model accuracy, efficiency, robustness, scalability, and interpretability. You will explore emerging AI architectures, optimize learning strategies, evaluate foundation models, and contribute to the development of next-generation AI technologies.The role also involves collaborating with machine learning engineers, software developers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to transition research into production-ready AI solutions. You will contribute to research documentation, technical publications, internal knowledge sharing, and the establishment of best practices for scientific experimentation, model evaluation, and AI innovation.You will continuously monitor advancements in artificial intelligence, assess the potential impact of new methodologies, and recommend research directions that align with organizational objectives. You will play a key role in advancing AI innovation by transforming theoretical concepts into scalable technologies that create measurable value across diverse applications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computational Science, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques.Knowledge of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, transfer learning, self-supervised learning, and representation learning methodologies.Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, transformer architectures, multimodal AI, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, speech technologies, or recommendation systems.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries, scientific computing tools, and AI development frameworks.Knowledge of AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent technologies.Strong understanding of probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization algorithms, and numerical methods.Ability to design experiments, benchmark AI models, analyze research results, and interpret performance metrics using rigorous scientific methodologies.Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, dataset construction, model validation, hyperparameter optimization, and reproducible research practices.Ability to read, interpret, and critically evaluate academic research papers, technical reports, patents, and emerging AI publications.Familiarity with distributed computing, GPU acceleration, cloud-based AI platforms, or high-performance computing environments is advantageous.Understanding of explainable AI (XAI), responsible AI, fairness, privacy, security, model robustness, and AI governance principles.Strong analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Ability to document research methodologies, experimental procedures, and technical findings in a clear, organized, and reproducible manner.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary research and engineering teams.Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about emerging AI technologies, scientific breakthroughs, and industry developments.Innovative mindset with intellectual curiosity and a passion for advancing the frontiers of artificial intelligence through research and experimentation.
