This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions across the entire SDLC, from requirements analysis and architecture design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning components into existing and new systems, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards. Day-to-day tasks include building AI models, automating development and testing workflows, monitoring performance in production, and documenting processes and best practices. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and supporting knowledge sharing within the team and with clients.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in software engineering and SDLC practices, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Expert hands on Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Cursor etc. and optimisation techniques to AI SDLCCandidates should possess experience with AI and machine learning concepts, such as model development, training, evaluation, and integration into production systems.Candidates should possess proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI and backend development (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.Candidates should possess knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and monitoring of AI systems.Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to design robust technical solutions aligned with business objectives.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with product owners, data specialists, and technical teams in a consulting environment.Beneficial qualifications include experience in agile methodologies, exposure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), and familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance for AI solutions.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
