This role will focus primarily on accelerating software development for a critical interceptor program targeting flight test readiness within 18 months. The ideal candidate is a strong C++ developer who embraces modern AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/Codex, and VS Code AI extensions to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency. In addition to core software development efforts, this engineer will contribute to the integration of small AI models into military training and tactical systems, helping shape the future of AI-enabled defense capabilities.Compensation:$60/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
