Join our team of 180+ InnoTechers and bring your talent as a Senior .NET & AI Software Engineer .Your Mission Will BeBuild and evolve reliable C#/.NET services and reusable components while integrating production-ready AI/ML capabilities;Turn business needs into scalable software solutions, with a particular focus on NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications;Experiment with, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize pre-trained AI models for real-world product requirements;Develop R&D proofs of concept, explore complex datasets, and transform findings into practical technical solutions;Work closely with Product Owners and multidisciplinary teams while contributing to code quality, technical documentation, mentoring, and timely delivery. You Will Need5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core, plus practical experience with Python and machine learning or Generative AI;Experience with AI/ML technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, GPT, Transformers, or comparable frameworks;Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, together with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices;A solid understanding of secure APIs, data privacy, responsible/trusted AI, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills, with fluent English;CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You HaveBSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;Experience delivering custom machine learning models and AI solutions into production environments;A background in R&D, experimentation, and building technical proofs of concept for emerging technologies;Experience reviewing code, mentoring developers, and helping establish engineering standards across software and AI projects;Experience working in cross-functional teams where technical debt, client issues, SLAs, and software quality are actively managed.
