INTRIC is our AI-native platform for cross-border real estate, operating across 50+ markets and 20+ countries, with a private mobile network for luxury real estate professionals and a second platform in development that we're positioning as the world's first Operating System for Cross-Border Real Estate. Interns on this program work on both sides of the house: enterprise client delivery and our own product engineering.Why this internship is differentMost internships teach you how a company works. This one teaches you how to build. You will not be fetching coffee, sitting in on calls, or working on a sandbox project that gets deleted the day you leave. From week one, you'll write code that ships. You'll work with the same tools our senior engineers use daily: Claude and agentic tooling, OpenAI models, and AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll be treated as an engineer from day one, with the expectations that come with it.And there's a real path forward. This internship is designed as a pipeline into our engineering team. Perform well and you can be absorbed as a full-time engineer within the internship span itself. You don't have to wait for the three months to end.The programThe internship runs for three months, structured to take you from certified foundations to shipping production AI systems.Month 1: Foundations in production. You'll onboard onto our engineering stack and start contributing immediately. Expect work on real tickets across Webpuppies client platforms: prompt engineering, LLM API integrations, and feature work under the guidance of a senior engineer. You'll learn how AI systems are built when uptime, security, and client expectations actually matter.Month 2: Agents and product engineering. You'll move deeper into agentic AI: designing and building AI agents, tool use, retrieval pipelines, and automation workflows. You'll begin contributing to INTRIC, working on features for a live product with real users across 70+ markets. This is where you learn the difference between a demo and a product.Month 3: Ownership. You'll take ownership of a defined workstream, carrying a feature from design through deployment on either a client engagement or the INTRIC platform. You'll present your work to the engineering leadership team.
