The team values innovation, practical problem-solving, and collaboration with customers to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.Role Description The AI Solution Specialist (Vietnamese Talent) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Hanoi Capital Region. In this role, the specialist will collaborate with clients to understand their information needs, analyze data workflows, and recommend AI-driven search solutions that address their business challenges. Daily responsibilities include conducting solution demonstrations, supporting proof-of-concept projects, and guiding customers through implementation and adoption of AI search tools. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, provide ongoing service and support, and work closely with sales and consulting teams to align solutions with client requirements. This position involves regular communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as continuous learning about AI search capabilities and best practices.Key Responsibilities- Client Discovery: Engage with clients to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes.- AI Solution Consulting: Present AI solutions, deliver demos, and recommend suitable AI applications based on client needs.- Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for technical teams.- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and architects to develop solution proposals, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and prototypes.- Pre-sales Support: Support client engagements, address technical concerns, and identify potential implementation challenges.- AI Advocacy: Represent VCC at industry events, share AI trends, and contribute to the company's AI solution portfolio.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.- 3–5 years of experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, AI Engineer, or AI Solution Architect.- Hands-on experience in AI projects, AI agents, solution design, or AI implementation.- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams on solution design and delivery.- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for clients.
