AI Solutions & Application Engineer

Danube Properties is looking for a hands-on AI Solutions & Application Engineer to turn real business challenges into intelligent applications, connected workflows and practical AI solutions that transform the way we work.We are looking for someone who can understand business processes, identify opportunities and build practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, simplify workflows and enable seamless integration across functions.What you'll doUnderstand business processes, identify opportunities and translate them into AI-powered solutions and applications.Design and build AI applications, intelligent tools, AI agents and automated workflows.Apply LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, APIs and automation technologies to solve real business problems.Develop integrations between applications and systems to enable seamless, end-to-end workflows across functions.Build workflow/RPA automations using Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Make or similar platforms.Turn ideas and prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.Work closely with business teams and the Head of Transformation to identify, develop, deploy and continuously improve AI solutions.What we're looking forA hands-on AI builder and problem solver with practical experience in several of these areas: AI / LLMs | Prompt Engineering | Python / JavaScript | APIs | RAG | AI Agents | Application Development | RPA | Workflow Automation | Databases | Cloud AI PlatformsYou should be able to understand a business problem, design the solution, build it and make it work.You will be a great fit if youUnderstand business processes as well as technology.Can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.Think beyond individual tasks and understand end-to-end workflows.Can connect systems, data and processes to create a seamless flow of information.Enjoy experimenting with emerging AI technologies and turning them into practical applications.Have a strong build → test → learn → improve mindset.Why this role?We have already seen the impact that thoughtfully engineered AI solutions can create within our business.
