AI Solutions Architect

Role: AI Solutions ArchitectLocation: Bristol HQ – Hybrid Model – 3 days p/w on siteSalary: DOEWe are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to shape, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions directly alongside our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines strategic architecture, software engineering and AI delivery expertise.Working across both pre-sales and implementation, you will assess opportunities, design scalable architectures, build working solutions and lead the first delivery increments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, technically robust and capable of delivering measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. Take technical ownership of AI and software solutions through design, build, integration, testing and deployment. Build APIs, integrations, data pipelines and cloud-native solutions that enable scalable AI applications. Evaluate, implement and optimise ML and LLM technologies, balancing performance, cost and risk. Lead client discovery, requirements gathering and feasibility assessments to identify high-value AI opportunities. Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on architecture decisions and responsible AI adoption. Own the technical elements of bids, proposals and proof-of-concepts, ensuring solutions are deliverable and commercially viable. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into working solutions.
