AI Solutions AssociateWe are looking for enthusiastic and technically curious candidates to join our team as an AI Solutions Associate. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in Generative AI, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI solutions.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.Basic programming knowledge in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based application development.Exposure to AI agents, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge-based AI applications is an advantage.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms is preferred.Basic understanding of databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and application integration.Interest in developing AI assistants, chatbots, workflow automation, and enterprise AI solutions.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into AI use cases and proof-of-concept solutions.Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Willingness to learn emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools.Recommended CertificationMicrosoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate certification is highly recommended.Candidates pursuing relevant Microsoft AI certifications or actively building AI projects, agents, automation workflows, or Generative AI applications will also be considered.Preferred SkillsExposure to any of the following will be an added advantage:Microsoft Azure AI / Azure AI FoundryMicrosoft Copilot StudioOpenAI / Azure OpenAIPythonLangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworksRAG and vector databasesPower Automate / n8n or similar automation platformsGit / GitHubREST APIs and JSONBasic web application developmentAI security, responsible AI, and data privacy conceptsRole FocusThe AI Solutions Associate will support the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-powered business solutions, including Generative AI applications, AI agents, intelligent assistants, RAG solutions, workflow automation, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
