AI Solutions Developer / AI Application EngineerLocation: BengaloreExperience: 3–8 YearsCTC: Flexible, based on candidate experience and fitRoleWe are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Developer / AI Application Engineer who can understand business and garment manufacturing challenges and build practical AI/data applications to improve production efficiency, visibility, material utilization, decision-making and on-time delivery.The role will work closely with Production, PPC, Industrial Engineering, Planning, Sampling, Merchandising, Quality and Management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild AI-powered applications for production tracking, efficiency, sampling, delivery and MIS.Develop analytics for fabric utilization, marker/pattern efficiency and material cost reduction.Integrate applications with WFX ERP, APIs, databases and operational data.Build automated MIS, dashboards and management reporting.Analyse business problems, identify the right technology and develop solutions from problem → data → development → deployment → measurable result.Work directly with factory and business teams to improve operational efficiency.Required SkillsStrong hands-on Python and SQL.Backend/API development using FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js or equivalent.Experience with REST APIs, databases, data integration and ETL/data pipelines.Practical knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI/LLMs, predictive analytics, forecasting or automation.Experience with Power BI or other BI/dashboarding tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.PreferredExperience with WFX or other ERP systems.Apparel/garment/textile/manufacturing industry experience.Understanding of PPC, production, sampling, BOM, fabric, cutting, sewing, WIP, SAM/SMV and OTIF.Experience building internal business applications or automation solutions.
