AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered solutions across clientengagements and internal advisory operations. This is a technical delivery role with direct exposure toenterprise clients across the GCC, operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity,and operational transformation.Key Responsibilities• Design and implement AI solutions — including agentic systems, LLM integrations, automationworkflows, and co-pilots — across client and internal environments.• Build and maintain AI-powered tools that support training delivery, content development, andbusiness operations.• Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise platforms, including Odoo and Microsoft 365,via API and MCP frameworks.• Translate complex client requirements into working, production-ready technical solutions.• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, models, and architectures aligned with GCC regulatoryrequirements, including SDAIA and NCA frameworks.• Document solutions, maintain technical standards, and contribute growing AIproduct line.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or arelated field.• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or a closelyrelated technical role.• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and at least one major AI/ML framework.• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic system design.• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API integration, and enterprise software environmentsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with cybersecurity tools or work in a security-adjacent environment.• Knowledge of MCP, RAG architectures, or multi-agent frameworks.• Exposure to GCC regulatory and compliance landscapes.• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role.Competencies & Working Style• Builder mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable owning a problem end to end.• Independence: thrives with autonomy and ambiguity, where the problems are real and theclients are senior.• Communication: able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical executives.• Delivery under pressure: dependable when timelines are tight and stakes are high
