Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AlExperience: 6+ yearsLocation: Bengaluru / MumbaiSalary: Up to 780 LPAMaximum Hike: 80%RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, understand complex business problems, and build, deploy, and improve production-grade Al solutions and autonomous agents.Key Responsibilities* Conduct customer discovery and translate business problems into Al solutions.* Design scalable architectures and technical implementation plans.* Build LLM-powered applications, Al agents, RAG pipelines and automation workflows.* Develop production-grade backend services, APIs and integrations.* Integrate enterprise platforms and APIs such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday and custom systems.* Deploy and operate solutions across AWS, Azure or GCP.* Own solutions from discovery → development → deployment → production support → continuous improvement.* Work closely with customers, product, engineering and business teams.Required Skills* 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.* Strong hands-on programming in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, C# or Node.js.* Strong backend development, REST APIS, microservices and distributed systems.* Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, Al agents, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.* Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.* Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD exposure.* Strong database and enterprise integration experience.* Excellent problem-solving, communication and ownership skills.Candidate Preferences* Candidates with startup experience are strongly encouraged to apply.* Hands-on customer-facing / solutions engineering / FDEexperience is highly preferred.* Candidates should have a strong core software engineering background, not exclusively Al/ML, Data Science or product experience.Important:Candidates with frequent/short career stints are not encouraged to apply.
