We build production AI solutions for enterprises across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are expanding our Arabic data and AI evaluation team and hiring talented Saudi specialists.The roleYou will create and evaluate high-quality Arabic conversational content used to train and improve AI models, in Modern Standard Arabic and authentic Saudi dialects. Depending on your strengths, you will focus on one of three areas — Arabic content writing, general AI evaluation, or legal AI evaluation. Across all of them, the standard is the same: authentic Saudi language and culture, and consistently high quality.What you will doCreate or evaluate natural Arabic conversational content in Neutral/MSA Arabic and authentic Saudi dialect.Content writing: write natural, multi-turn dialogues and question-and-answer pairs across everyday Saudi topics — culturally accurate and idiomatic.General AI evaluation: test AI model responses across general topics and tasks, identify incorrect or illogical answers, and diagnose their causes.Legal AI evaluation: test and review AI responses on legal topics for accuracy, analyzing errors where they occur.Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) as a controlled aid, keeping every item human-authored or human-verified.Work to written quality guidelines and incorporate reviewer feedback.What we are looking forRequired of all candidatesSaudi national with excellent written Arabic.Strong cultural fluency across Saudi daily life, traditions, and heritage.Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT or similar).Sharp attention to detail and the ability to sustain quality at volume.Depending on your areaContent writing: a writing-intensive background (journalism, content/copywriting, translation, Arabic-language teaching, or humanities/Arabic literature) with command of both MSA and dialect.
