The role has two parts: finding and implementing practical automation opportunities using AI tools across our business functions, and training our business leaders and their teams to use AI confidently in their day-to-day work. The goal is measurable productivity gains across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and IT.Key Responsibilities

Review workflows across departments and identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation.
Recommend and implement suitable AI tools and platforms for each business function.
Design and deliver hands-on training for department leaders and their teams on using AI in daily work.
Build practical AI-driven workflows, prompts, templates and light automations that reduce manual effort.
Create simple, easy-to-follow guidelines for responsible and effective AI use.
Track and report the productivity and efficiency gains delivered from each solution.
Ensure all AI implementations follow appropriate data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Provide regular progress updates to the Head of Product and Technology.What We're Looking For
Proven, hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions in a business setting.
Strong working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate or Zapier.
Ability to explain AI concepts simply and confidently to non-technical business leaders.
Strong facilitation and training skills, comfortable running sessions for senior stakeholders.
A self-starter who can manage a fixed-term project independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in travel, hospitality or corporate services is an advantage, though not essential.Engagement Details
Duration: 6 months, freelance / contract basis.
Location: Dubai, UAE, working onsite with our business teams.
