About the companyWe are partnering with an established organisation that is expanding its investment in AI and looking to strengthen its internal capability across AI transformation, solution design and adoption.This is a senior opportunity for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical technical delivery.About the roleThis is a senior regional role responsible for driving AI transformation from strategy through to execution.The role combines business transformation, AI solution architecture and hands-on technical delivery, making it well suited to someone who can engage senior stakeholders while remaining technically credible and comfortable building practical AI solutions.Identify and prioritise AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility and readiness.Shape AI roadmaps and support broader transformation initiatives.Design practical AI and GenAI solutions, including RAG, AI agents and intelligent automation.Build and validate PoCs and MVPs to demonstrate value quickly.Support successful solutions from experimentation through to production.Establish appropriate AI governance, security and responsible-AI practices.Work closely with business, technology and external partners to deliver AI initiatives.Support wider AI adoption and capability building across the organisation.What we're looking forStrong experience in AI transformation, AI solution architecture, enterprise architecture or related technology roles.Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents or machine learning solutions.Experience developing PoCs/MVPs and taking solutions into implementation.Good understanding of cloud, data integration and modern AI delivery practices.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.Ability to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.Do note that we will only be in touch if your application is shortlisted.Robert Walters (Singapore) Pte LtdROC No.: 199706961E | EA Licence No.: 03C5451EA Registration No.: R1872517 Annie Ho
