AI Strategy Consultant

Caliber is building a network of exceptional AI strategy talent.We are currently sourcing for a confidential mandate with one of the region’s most prominent investment groups, supporting AI strategy and transformation across its portfolio companies.This is not a developer or engineering role. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can assess where AI can create meaningful business value, define the strategy, and turn it into practical, executable roadmaps.What you'll do Assess portfolio companies’ AI needs and identify high-value AI use casesDevelop AI strategies aligned with business priorities and translate them into phased execution roadmapsEvaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformationDevelop AI adoption playbooks, operating models, and guardrailsDesign deployment and change-management approaches to drive adoption and measurable impactFacilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders across portfolio companiesPrepare board-level materials, executive presentations, and strategic recommendationsHelp organizations move from AI experimentation to structured, scalable adoptionWhat we're looking for3+ years of strategy consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or another top-tier consulting firmStrong consulting toolkit, including business process assessment, use-case development, strategic analysis, and implementation planningProven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder engagementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical audiencesExceptional written and verbal English, including experience producing concise executive reports and presentationsStrong plus:Fluency in AI and data technologies, including machine learning concepts, AI agents, data analytics, and the integration of AI into enterprise workflowsExperience developing responsible AI policies, governance frameworks, risk controls, or AI operating modelsWhy this opportunity?
