AI Strategy Consultant LeadAbout the RoleOur client is looking for an experienced AI Strategy Consultant Lead to advise senior stakeholders and drive AI strategy, transformation, and implementation across enterprise organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise C-level stakeholders on AI strategy and business transformation.Identify AI opportunities and build business cases with clear KPIs and ROI.Support AI roadmaps, governance, and adoption across organisations.Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business recommendations.Lead client engagements and collaborate with technical teams.Requirements6+ years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or a similar strategic advisory role.Strong experience in enterprise transformation and C-level stakeholder management.Solid understanding of AI, its business applications, and limitations.Strong commercial mindset and ability to measure business impact.Fluency in Greek and English.Based in Athens and available for client visits.Experience in AI governance, the EU AI Act, or sectors such as Energy, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing is a plus.Benefits€B2B contract preferred.Hybrid working: 3 days remote and 2 days in the office.Private health insurance.Up to 6 weeks per year working from a location of your choice, subject to business needs.
