AI Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive our artificial intelligence strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and guide cross-functional teams in implementing scalable AI solutions. You will serve as the technical authority, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and real-world business applications.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Advise executive leadership and project teams on AI/ML capabilities, trends, and architecture options.Solution Design: Oversee the development, evaluation, and deployment of generative AI, machine learning models, and automation workflows.Governance & Ethics: Establish best practices for AI safety, data privacy, model evaluation, and ethical compliance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business units to identify high-value AI use cases.Qualifications3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or technical architecture.Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and MLOps.Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.📍 Location: Straive Building, Pascor Drive, Parañaque City (Landmark: Near Duty Free Philippines, across NAIA Terminal 1)
