AI Support Engineer

AI Operations Engineer (AIOps Engineer)Build the AI layer that lets our support organization prevent problems instead of just reacting to them.RESPONSIBILITIESOperate as part of a large corporate, global support and engineering environment.Build and maintain AI agents that triage, diagnose, and, within guardrails, auto-remediate support tickets.Build predictive models on observability data (metrics, logs, traces) to flag emerging issues before they become incidents.Configure and tune AI-driven ticketing capabilities, clustering, similarity matching, generative drafting, to support proactive problem management.Build correlation and dependency-mapping capabilities so a single failure is understood in the context of the whole business transaction, not just one component.Partner with Support and R&D engineering to turn recurring incident patterns into automated detection and response.Own the data pipeline feeding analytics and AI models from ticketing, observability, and DevOps systems.QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK IN YOUMinimum QualificationsBA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.Experience building or operating ML/AI systems in production.Strong Python.SQL scripting and data pipeline experience.Experience with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces).English — excellent writing and conversational skills.Relevant years of experience in similar roles.Preferred Qualifications / SkillsExperience with Azure AI Foundry or similar LLM/agent orchestration platforms.Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes, and Docker.Experience with Grafana.Experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence / Now Assist or similar ITSM AI capabilities.Experience with Azure OpenAI.Familiarity with AIOps practices (event correlation, automated root-cause analysis).PERSONAL QUALITIESIf you relate to the following, then let's talk:I'm a team player.I'm solution-oriented with a “can do” attitude.I'm passionate about discovering how things work.I'm an autodidact who has the patience to learn via trial and error.I care about getting the AI right, not just getting something out the door, explainability and guardrails matter to me.
