Our goal is to eliminate repetitive tasks, streamline job applications, and create a smarter experience for job seekers.We’re looking for an AI Operations & Agentic Systems Builder to help us build, integrate, and scale the intelligent systems behind our daily operations.What You’ll DoYou’ll combine AI engineering, workflow automation, and business operations to transform manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-driven solutions.Build AI Agents: Develop and deploy AI agents using tools such as OpenClaw, Manus, AntiGravity, and custom LLM workflows to automate candidate sourcing, job indexing, and internal operations.Integrate APIs and Automate Workflows: Connect third-party APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as n8n and Make, using Python scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.Develop Data Pipelines and Vector Search: Build data pipelines, organize unstructured job and candidate data, and work with vector databases and retrieval systems to improve AI-powered search and matching.Build Internal Tools: Create lightweight dashboards and functional prototypes using Python backends and React frontends to monitor operations and provide actionable insights.Analyze and Improve Performance: Track key metrics, evaluate job-matching accuracy, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve automation reliability and the candidate experience across the UAE.Who We’re Looking ForAI-First and Technically Skilled: You know how to turn AI capabilities into working systems.
