AI Tech Lead - Co-Founder

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead and Co Founder (on equity basis) for Salesworx.ai platform to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and scalable software architecture, along with the ability to lead technical teams and drive AI innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.Design and implement GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.Build scalable AI systems and integrate them with existing applications and APIs.Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, cost, and scalability.Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor developers.Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Ensure AI solutions meet security, data privacy, and reliability standards.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.Must have experience in backend systems and Node JS.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.Experience building and integrating REST APIs and cloud-based applications.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI deployment practices.Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and database concepts.Proven experience in technical leadership and team collaboration.Preferred QualificationsExperience developing autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and AI evaluation.Experience with enterprise AI solutions and production-scale deployments.Ideal CandidateA hands-on technical leader who can combine strong engineering fundamentals with practical AI expertise to build reliable, scalable, and business-focused AI solutions.
