AI Technical Product Owner - US Healthcare + Azure AI

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Product Owner with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Agile methodologies, and US Healthcare to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered solutions. This role will drive end-to-end AI programs, working closely with business stakeholders, clinical teams, architects, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Program LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across multiple business units.Define and manage AI product roadmaps in partnership with business and executive stakeholders.Lead Agile delivery, ensuring timely execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.Foster collaboration across distributed, multidisciplinary teams.AI Product Ownership (US Healthcare)Manage and prioritize product backlogs for AI and GenAI initiatives.Translate business, clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.Balance business value, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility in prioritization decisions.Monitor sprint progress, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers.Technical & Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with AI Architects and Engineering teams to define AI solution architecture, model development workflows, and deployment pipelines.Collaborate with business, technical, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.Drive alignment between product vision, technical execution, and healthcare compliance requirements.Required QualificationsExperience8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.Experience delivering AI/ML solutions within US Healthcare.Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and healthcare regulatory requirements.Mandatory SkillsMicrosoft AzureAzure OpenAI / Azure AI ServicesAzure DevOpsProduct Ownership / Technical Product ManagementAgile ScrumUS Healthcare DomainAI/ML Lifecycle ManagementStakeholder ManagementPreferred CertificationsCSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMP, or equivalentMicrosoft Azure CertificationsKey Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent facilitation and leadership capabilities.Ability to influence and align business, clinical, and technical teams.Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.Experience leading distributed teams and driving delivery excellence.Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / VadodaraShift Time: 4 PM to 1 AM ISTWork Mode: HybridPreferred: Immediate Joiner or serving notice period with less than 30 days.
