AI Test and Quality Lead (support role) - SCS AI SolutionsSupport role · part time, FTE set per month (heavier before each go-live) · UAE-based · 12 months · immediate startThe test lead proves each solution works before the client accepts it, including the parts that are hardest to test: AI answers, Arabic content and security.What you will doWrite the test strategy and acceptance criteria with the client for each workstream.Plan and run functional, integration, performance and user-acceptance testing (UAT).Build test sets for AI features: expected answers, edge cases, Arabic and English inputs, adversarial prompts.Track defects to closure and produce test reports that support formal sign-off.Automate regression tests so later changes during managed operation don't break what works.Must haveSignificant experience in software testing (more is a strong plus), including leading UAT with business users.Experience testing integrations and Microsoft platforms (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics or SharePoint).ISTQB or equivalent certification.Must be present in UAE and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).Nice to haveTesting of AI or machine-learning features.Arabic speaker (for testing Arabic content).Test automation (Playwright, Power Apps Test Engine or similar).
