Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring AI Testers for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.About the Role:We are looking for an AI Test Engineer with experience in testing Conversational AI applications and Airline booking solutions. The ideal candidate should have worked on chatbot or conversational booking projects, with strong expertise in test automation, including building automated frameworks and validating AI-driven conversational booking workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for conversational booking applications.Automate end-to-end testing of booking workflows and chatbot conversations.Validate AI/LLM responses for accuracy, context, intent, and reliability.Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and UAT testing.Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.Conduct API testing using Postman/Swagger.Log defects, prepare test documentation, and collaborate with development teams to improve quality.Required Skills4+ years of Software Testing experience with strong automation testing expertise.Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools.Experience in scripting using Python, Java, or JavaScript.Experience testing Conversational AI/Chatbot applications.API testing using Postman/Swagger.Knowledge of JIRA/TestRail.Understanding of AI/LLM testing, prompt validation, and response evaluation.Experience in the Airline/Travel domain or booking applications is preferred.PreferredExperience building automation frameworks for AI/chatbot testing.Experience with airline reservation or conversational booking platforms.Knowledge of Generative AI testing methodologies.Interested candidates please do share your updated CV to mubeenakamal.basha@htcinc.com mentioning your Current CTC, expected CTC and notice period details.#HTCGlobalServices #ITJobs #hiring #lookingforjob #careers #jobs #immediatejoiner #recruitment #technology #jobseekers #interview #lookingforjobchange #newjob #AItester #LLM #RAG #airline #chatbot #automationtesting
