Prompt Specialist to deliver practical training on generative AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and productivity applications.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ChatGPT and other AI platforms, strong instructional skills, and the ability to teach both technical and non-technical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and one-to-one coaching on AI tools and generative AI.Train professionals to use ChatGPT effectively for research, writing, analysis, brainstorming, summarization, planning, customer service, and productivity.Teach practical prompt-engineering techniques including role definition, context, constraints, examples, structured instructions, iterative prompting, and output evaluation.Develop reusable prompt templates, workflow guides, exercises, demonstrations, and AI-use cases for different business functions.Explain how AI tools can support marketing, sales, finance, HR, operations, customer service, administration, and management.Demonstrate methods for improving AI-generated outputs through refinement, verification, structured prompting, and iterative workflows.Train participants to evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, bias, and potential hallucinations.Teach responsible AI practices including privacy, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual-property considerations, and appropriate human oversight.Introduce participants to relevant AI tools for writing, research, presentations, image generation, data analysis, automation, and productivity.Design practical exercises and real-world business scenarios that allow learners to apply AI tools immediately.Assess participant understanding through assignments, practical challenges, demonstrations, and interactive activities.Provide personalized feedback and recommend AI-learning paths based on individual or organizational requirements.Track attendance, participation, assessment results, learner progress, and training outcomes.Stay current with developments in ChatGPT, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, automation, multimodal AI, and workplace AI applications.Research emerging AI tools and evaluate their practical relevance, usability, limitations, and business value.Develop and update training materials as AI platforms, features, interfaces, and best practices evolve.Collaborate with business teams to identify repetitive workflows that could benefit from AI-assisted processes.Help organizations establish practical AI adoption guidelines, prompt libraries, workflow standards, and internal AI-learning resources.Create digital learning content, recorded tutorials, prompt collections, FAQs, and knowledge-base materials.Maintain confidentiality of business information, proprietary prompts, customer data, training materials, and organizational processes.Follow responsible-AI principles, organizational policies, privacy requirements, and applicable data-protection standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in AI, technology, digital transformation, business operations, training, consulting, content development, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated hands-on experience using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools in professional workflows.Strong practical understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted productivity.Proven experience delivering training, workshops, coaching, demonstrations, or professional education.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong presentation, facilitation, teaching, and public-speaking abilities.Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical professionals.Strong analytical, creative, research, and problem-solving skills.Experience developing prompts, templates, AI workflows, automation concepts, or business use cases.Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools is advantageous.Knowledge of AI APIs, automation platforms, no-code tools, or workflow integrations is advantageous.Experience applying AI to specific business functions such as finance, marketing, HR, sales, operations, or customer service is advantageous.Understanding of AI ethics, privacy, security, data protection, and responsible-use principles is highly
