This part-time, fully remote role combines hands-on training, prompt development, workflow optimization, and practical AI adoption support. The ideal candidate can explain AI concepts clearly, design reusable prompts, and translate business needs into effective AI-assisted workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver practical training sessions on ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI and productivity tools.Develop, test, and refine prompts for writing, research, analysis, brainstorming, customer support, and administrative tasks.Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, tutorials, and step-by-step training materials.Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into existing workflows and improve productivity.Demonstrate effective prompting techniques, including context setting, task definition, output formatting, and iterative refinement.Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and suitability for business use.Explain AI limitations, including hallucinations, bias, data privacy risks, and the importance of human review.Provide practical guidance and troubleshooting support to improve user confidence and adoption.Monitor emerging AI capabilities and recommend tools and techniques that address business needs.Gather feedback, assess training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning materials.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience in training, digital productivity, business operations, content development, or AI-related work preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.Practical experience using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools for real-world applications.Strong prompt-writing, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Ability to design structured prompts, reusable templates, and practical AI-assisted workflows.Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.Familiarity with workflow automation, no-code platforms, or productivity tools is an advantage.Understanding of responsible AI use, data privacy, and output verification.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.Professional certifications are not required; practical experience and demonstrable AI workflow examples are valued.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Opportunities to contribute to AI training and digital transformation initiatives.Collaboration with a technology-focused, internationally oriented team.The opportunity to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.A supportive environment that values creativity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
