In this part-time, fully remote role, you will develop practical training materials, demonstrate effective prompting techniques, and guide users in integrating AI into writing, research, analysis, content creation, and routine business processes.The ideal candidate can translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance and create hands-on learning experiences for people with different levels of AI knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver practical training sessions on ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI tools.Develop prompt templates, reusable workflows, exercises, and learning resources for common business tasks.Teach users how to structure prompts, refine instructions, provide context, and evaluate AI-generated outputs.Demonstrate AI applications for writing, summarization, research, brainstorming, data interpretation, and productivity improvement.Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks through responsible AI-assisted workflows.Create step-by-step guides, presentations, tutorials, and reference materials for different learner groups.Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and consistency, highlighting the importance of human review.Stay informed about emerging AI capabilities, limitations, and practical workplace applications.Gather learner feedback, assess training effectiveness, and improve course materials accordingly.Promote responsible AI use, including data privacy, confidentiality, bias awareness, and verification of generated information.RequirementsA bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in training, instructional design, AI adoption, prompt engineering, digital productivity, or a related area is preferred.Hands-on experience using ChatGPT and familiarity with other generative AI platforms.Strong understanding of prompt design, iterative prompting, and practical AI workflow development.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to create engaging training materials, practical demonstrations, and structured learning exercises.Strong critical-thinking skills and an understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and output verification.Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is an advantage.A proactive, adaptable, and learner-focused approach to problem-solving.Comfortable delivering training and collaborating with distributed teams in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to support practical AI adoption and digital transformation.A collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.Opportunities to develop training resources and AI-enabled productivity workflows.The chance to help individuals and teams build confidence in using generative AI responsibly and effectively.
