AI Trainer & Generative Al Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Part-Time / Freelance About the Role:SpyroSys Education is looking for an experienced and engaging AI Trainer & Generative AI Specialist to deliver practical, industry-focused AI training programs for working professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams in the UAE.The trainer will be responsible for delivering multiple AI programs under SpyroSys’s AI training portfolio, with a strong focus on hands-on application, real-world business use cases, productivity, automation, and workplace implementation.The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex AI concepts and demonstrate how professionals can use modern AI tools to improve their day-to-day work and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online and/or classroom-based AI training sessions.* Teach AI concepts through practical demonstrations, exercises, projects, and real-world use cases.* Deliver multiple AI courses across areas such as: * Generative AI & ChatGPT * AI for Business & Professionals * AI Productivity & Workplace Automation * AI for Digital Marketing * AI for Finance & Accounting * AI Tools for HR & Administration * Prompt Engineering * AI Automation & No-Code Workflows * AI Content Creation * AI Applications for SMEs and Entrepreneurs* Develop and maintain practical training materials, presentations, exercises, assignments, and projects.* Demonstrate current AI platforms and tools and explain their practical applications.* Train participants to create effective prompts and AI-assisted workflows.* Guide learners in applying AI to their specific professional roles and industries.* Conduct practical assessments, assignments, and project evaluations where required.* Keep course content updated with developments in AI tools, models, features, and industry practices.* Provide constructive feedback and support to learners throughout the program.* Coordinate with SpyroSys’s academic team regarding course delivery, learner progress, and curriculum improvements.* Contribute to the development and improvement of new AI training programs.Required Skills & Experience:* Strong practical experience working with Generative AI and modern AI tools.* Excellent knowledge of ChatGPT and other leading AI platforms.* Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.* Practical knowledge of AI applications in business and professional environments.* Experience in AI automation and/or no-code automation tools is highly desirable.* Ability to demonstrate AI applications using real-world business scenarios.* Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, consultant, or corporate facilitator is preferred.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.* Comfortable delivering training to professionals from different industries and experience levels.Preferred Additional ExpertiseCandidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:AI + Digital Marketing | AI + Finance & Accounting | AI + HR | AI + Business Operations | AI Automation | AI Content Creation | AI for SMEs | No-Code Tools | Workflow Automation | Data & Productivity ToolsWhat We Expect From the Trainer:The trainer should be more than someone who understands AI theoretically.We are looking for someone who can answer:“How can a professional actually use AI to save time, improve productivity, automate repetitive work, and produce better results?”Training should therefore be highly practical, demonstration-driven, and focused on real workplace applications.Compensation:Competitive freelance / part-time remuneration, based on experience, expertise, course complexity, and delivery requirements.Application:Interested candidates may share their CV, AI training portfolio, relevant certifications, and details of previous training experience with SpyroSys Education.
