This person should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences and translating complex AI concepts into simple, practical, business-focused learning experiences.This is not primarily an AI/ML development role. The focus is on AI education, enablement, adoption, and practical application of AI tools across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs on Generative AI and AI-powered productivity tools.Train employees on tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other enterprise-approved AI platforms.Teach practical prompt engineering techniques, including prompt structure, context setting, iterative prompting, output refinement, and validation.Demonstrate how AI can be incorporated into everyday workflows such as research, writing, summarization, data analysis, presentations, documentation, brainstorming, and process automation.Develop hands-on exercises, workshops, demonstrations, use cases, job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and other learning materials.Customize AI training based on different business functions, roles, skill levels, and use cases.Conduct beginner, intermediate, and advanced AI training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, technology training, enablement, instructional design, or a related field.Demonstrated hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in professional or business environments.Strong working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or comparable Generative AI platforms.Strong understanding of prompt engineering and effective human-AI interaction techniques.Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on technology training.Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.Experience developing training materials, presentations, exercises, job aids, documentation, and other learning resources.Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases.Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to quickly learn new AI technologies and teach others how to use them effectively.
