Techiegigs is committed to helping learners move beyond theoretical knowledge and become confident, capable users and builders of AI-powered solutions.Role Description The Generative AI & AI Automation Trainer at Techiegigs will deliver practical, project-based training across Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-powered research, communication and presentation, AI image and video generation, AI avatars and voice, no-code website/app/game creation, AI automation, and AI agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live interactive training sessions, demonstrating real-world AI workflows, designing hands-on exercises and projects, mentoring learners through the development of AI-powered solutions, evaluating assignments and providing constructive feedback, and helping students build industry-ready portfolios. The role also involves staying current with rapidly evolving AI tools and technologies, experimenting with new workflows, and translating complex AI concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close coordination with the academic and curriculum teams to deliver a high-quality, practical learning experience.QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and workflows, with the ability to demonstrate practical applications rather than only explain theory.Experience with areas such as prompt engineering, AI research, AI content creation, image or video generation, AI avatars/voice, no-code development, AI automation, or AI agents.Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to beginners and non-technical learners.Project-oriented mindset with experience building, implementing, or experimenting with AI-powered projects, workflows, automations, or digital products.Ability to conduct live demonstrations, troubleshoot AI workflows, and guide learners through practical assignments and capstone projects.Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools, platforms, and emerging workflows.Ability to mentor learners, evaluate project work, and provide clear, actionable feedback focused on practical outcomes.Prior experience as a trainer, educator, consultant, practitioner, content creator, or professional using AI extensively is preferred; formal teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
