AI Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and engaging AI Trainer to design and deliver practical Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI training programs for corporate clients and professionals.The ideal candidate should combine strong knowledge of AI with excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language and demonstrate how AI can be effectively applied in the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver instructor-led training programs on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-powered workplace productivity.Conduct engaging and practical training sessions for corporate professionals at different levels of AI knowledge.Deliver training on prompt engineering, effective prompting techniques, and methods for improving AI-generated outputs.Demonstrate practical applications of AI across business functions, including HR & Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Administration, Customer Service, Operations, and Management.Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, assessments, and hands-on activities.Customize training programs according to client requirements, industry, business functions, and participant skill levels.Explain complex AI concepts in simple and business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.Deliver beginner, intermediate, and advanced AI workshops based on participant requirements.Educate participants on responsible AI use, data privacy, confidentiality, information security, bias, hallucinations, fact-checking, and the limitations of AI-generated content.Stay updated with developments in AI and continuously enhance training content to reflect new technologies and workplace applications.Gather participant feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI training programs.Deliver training through classroom sessions, corporate workshops, webinars, and virtual learning environments.RequirementsStrong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and Generative AI platforms, with experience in any of the following: ChatGPT / OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, Google NotebookLM, Claude, Perplexity, etc.Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical workplace applications of AI.Previous experience delivering AI, technology, digital transformation, or corporate training.Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and public-speaking skills.Experience developing training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical case studies.Good understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical AI usage.Ability to stay updated with new and emerging AI tools and incorporate relevant developments into training programs.Excellent English communication skills.UAE/GCC corporate training experience would be an advantage.
