Role OverviewWe are seeking Registered Nurse Experts to generate, evaluate, and refine tasks related to nursingpractice, clinical workflows, and patient care management for frontier AI initiatives. In this role, experts willbuild technically accurate, practical tasks that test AI model capabilities in the nursing process, clinicalassessment, patient monitoring, and care coordination.Requirements● Professional Experience: ~3–8 years of direct bedside/clinical nursing experience. Must haveactively practiced within the last 3 years to ensure currency with clinical standards.● Credentials: Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practicing jurisdiction. Bachelor ofScience in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.● Core Competencies: Practical mastery of the nursing process (Assessment, Diagnosis,Planning, Implementation, Evaluation), patient triage, clinical deterioration identification, carecoordination, and interprofessional communication.● Deliverable History: Proven experience producing clinical deliverables such as nursing careplans, SOAP notes, discharge instructions, SBAR handoff communications, and clinicalassessment summaries.● Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret vital signs, lab values, and clinical symptomsto prioritize patient interventions and evaluate clinical risk.● Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review clinical scenarios and patient charts to ensurepractical realism, safety, and strict adherence to evidence-based nursing standards.● Communication: Excellent written communication skills for writing realistic clinical vignettes,nursing prompts, and structured evaluation rubrics.● Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, incorporate calibrationfeedback, and iterate under senior review.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be part of a specialized functional pod responsible for creating high-quality trainingand evaluation data for AI models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:● Producing expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions in nursing care, clinical assessment,and care coordination that meet the pod's quality bar.● Authoring realistic clinical scenarios involving nursing assessments, triage decisions, careplanning, patient education, and interdisciplinary handoffs.● Applying rubric standards and grading frameworks set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.● Working under senior review to incorporate calibration feedback, refine outputs, and iterate ontask designs.● Verifying that all created clinical scenarios, patient charts, and nursing interventions areaccurate, practical, and compliant with current clinical guidelines.● Ensuring consistent alignment with project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and milestonedeadlines.Education & Experience● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.● Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a relatedanalytical role is preferred but not required.
