Prequel Solutions is seeking a senior leader to guide AI adoption for a large Pennsylvania public-sector organization. You’ll lead the AI roadmap, governance, business-process changes, and workforce adoption.What we’re looking for:10+ years in technology/program leadership and organizational change.3+ years integrating AI into business operations, with demonstrated results.Experience with Prosci ADKAR, ITIL 4, or Agile Change Management.Primarily remote: Must be able to reach Middletown, PA within three hours for emergencies and attend onsite sessions as needed.
