In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders in your assigned areas, HR colleagues, and executives to align people strategies with business priorities and deliver practical, data-informed solutions across talent management, performance management, workforce planning, organization design, change management, and business transformation.This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on HR professional who enjoys advising leaders, translating workforce insights into action, and helping teams operate more effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnership experience, executive-ready communication skills, analytical judgment, and an interest in using technology, AI, and workforce insights to improve organizational and employee outcomes.In This Role, You WillPartner with Leaders and Translate Strategy into ActionCollaborate with executives, HR leaders, and stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives and priorities.Develop executive-ready presentations, analyses, and recommendations that help leaders make informed talent and organizational decisions.Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, talent discussions, and leadership working sessions.Translate workforce and organizational data into meaningful business insights and action plans.Drive Organizational Effectiveness and Enterprise HR PrioritiesPartner with business leaders to assess team needs and recommend practical people, organizational, and innovative AI solutions.Support organization design, workforce planning, restructuring, operating model, and organizational assessment initiatives.Advise leaders on talent, employee experience, manager effectiveness, and organizational health.Carry out corporate HR initiatives and drive adoption of enterprise HR programs across assigned business teams.Partner with leaders to ensure consistent implementation of people programs, communications, and HR processes.Lead Performance Management and Talent PlanningLead performance management activities for assigned business teams, including goal setting, performance reviews, manager guidance, and performance improvement strategies.Own and facilitate talent calibration discussions, helping leaders apply consistent and objective standards when assessing performance, potential, readiness, and critical talent.Translate talent calibration outcomes into actionable talent plans, including development priorities, critical-skill planning, retention actions, and performance follow-up.Partner with leaders to execute talent plans and ensure development and capability-building actions are documented, assigned, and completed.Equip managers with the tools, guidance, and resources needed to manage performance and develop talent effectively.Support Change, Transformation, and Workforce InsightsSupport organizational transformation, enterprise change initiatives, and new ways of working.Develop communication, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption plans.Assess organizational readiness and identify risks and opportunities for successful implementation.Help leaders and managers reinforce and sustain organizational changes.Analyze workforce data and organizational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform talent and business decisions.Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to improve HR processes, decision support, reporting, and program execution.Develop reports, dashboards, summaries, and visualizations that support informed workforce decisions.Measure progress and outcomes of organizational effectiveness initiatives and assigned HR programs.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.Five or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnership, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.Experience supporting performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, workforce planning, organizational change, or transformation initiatives.Experience with organization design, operating models, people analytics, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools.Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven decision making in HR environments.Experience developing presentations, analyzing workforce or organizational data, and presenting recommendations to business leaders.Strong consulting, relationship-building, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.PreferredMBA or Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrated success of deployed AI innovations that drive organizational efficiencies and business outcomes.Strong organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management expertise.Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.Ability to synthesize complex workforce data into practical business recommendations.Ability to influence leaders and drive execution without direct authority.Strong judgment when balancing organizational, talent, employee, and business priorities.Ability to move effectively between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Curiosity, learning agility, and enthusiasm for technology-enabled HR practices that help move the business forward.LocationRemote within the United States.
