The role will oversee the transformation project portfolio, ensuring strong governance, delivery, budget control, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AI transformation from strategy and use-case identification through implementation and go-live, working closely with business, technology, data, and external partners to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, customer experience, decision-making, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the portfolio of AI and digital transformation projects and programs.Develop and implement PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage AI transformation opportunities and use cases across business functions.Work with business and technology teams to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and transformation initiatives.Drive AI projects from discovery, business case and proof of concept through implementation, adoption, and go-live.Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.Prepare AI and digital transformation dashboards, executive reports, business cases, and steering committee updates.Coordinate with business, IT, data teams, vendors, AI solution providers, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.Manage project resource planning and prioritization across the transformation portfolio.Drive RAID management, change control, project quality assurance, and transformation governance.Track AI adoption, business impact, ROI, efficiency gains, and benefits realization.Support change management, user adoption, training, and the transition of AI solutions into business operations.Manage vendor selection, procurement, contracts, and delivery governance for AI and technology partners.Ensure appropriate consideration of AI governance, data privacy, security, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements.Technical & Functional SkillsProject & Portfolio ManagementPMO GovernanceAgile & Waterfall DeliveryBudget & Financial ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementVendor & Stakeholder ManagementExecutive ReportingResource PlanningMicrosoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPointAI & TechnologyAI Strategy & TransformationGenerative AI & AI AutomationAI Use-Case Identification & PrioritizationAI Proof of Concept (POC) ManagementAI Solution ImplementationData & AnalyticsBusiness Process AutomationAI Vendor & Technology EvaluationAI Governance & Responsible AIMandatory ExperienceCandidates must have proven experience managing AI and/or digital transformation projects within the UAE real estate industry, with hands-on exposure to AI transformation, automation, data, or technology-led business transformation.CRM (Salesforce)AI Strategy, AI Transformation & Generative AIERP (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP)Customer Experience & Mobile ApplicationsSales & Post-Sales SystemsProperty ManagementFinance & ProcurementIntegrations & MiddlewareData & AnalyticsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.PMP Certification (Mandatory).PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.Preferred ExperienceProven experience managing AI and digital transformation portfolios for leading UAE real estate developers.Experience taking AI initiatives from business case and POC through implementation and adoption.Why Work for UsAt Binghatti, we don’t just build properties—we build legacies.
