With a portfolio exceeding AED 15 billion across Dubai’s most prestigious developments, Binghatti continues to transform the city’s skyline and set new standards for innovation and excellence.Job SummaryLead the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring effective PMO governance, project delivery, budget and resource management, while driving the identification, delivery and adoption of AI and automation initiatives across the business.The role will act as the bridge between Business, Technology, Data and AI teams, ensuring AI initiatives move from opportunity identification and proof-of-concept through implementation, adoption and measurable business benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & PMOManage the portfolio of digital transformation, technology and AI projects.Establish PMO governance, standards, priorities and delivery methodology.Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive reports and Steering Committee updates.Manage vendors, stakeholders, procurement and project governance.Drive benefits realization and successful handover to operations.AI & AutomationIdentify and prioritize AI, GenAI and automation opportunities across business functions.Manage AI initiatives from business case and PoC through production deployment and adoption.Work with AI/Technology teams on LLM, AI agents, RAG, MCP, automation and data-driven solutions.Evaluate AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk and ROI.Drive adoption, user onboarding, training and change management for AI solutions.Ensure appropriate consideration of AI security, PII, access controls and responsible AI.Establish AI project roadmaps, milestones, KPIs and benefits tracking.Technical & Functional SkillsPMOProject & Portfolio ManagementAgile & WaterfallBudget & Financial ManagementRisk, Issue & Dependency ManagementVendor & Stakeholder ManagementResource Planning & Executive ReportingJira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, MS Project, Excel, PowerPointAI & DigitalGenerative AI & LLM conceptsAI Agents & Agentic WorkflowsPrompt EngineeringRAG & Vector DatabasesMCP and LLM tool integrationsWorkflow Automation – n8n or similarPython & SQL – working knowledgeREST APIs, Webhooks, JSONAI Governance, Security, PII & Access ControlsAI adoption and change managementThe AI technical requirements are drawn from the specialist JD, including SQL, Python, MCP, n8n, LLM/agent design, APIs, Git, RAG and AI security.Mandatory ExperienceCandidates must have proven hands-on experience AI/LLM development projects within the UAE real estate industry, with hands-on exposure to AI transformation, automation, data, or technology-led business transformation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.PMP Certification (Mandatory).PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.Why Work for UsAt Binghatti, we don’t just build properties—we build legacies.
