Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Contract: Yearly Renewable Experience: 15+ YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for a senior AI Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, adoption, and value realization.

The role involves managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders while ensuring strong AI governance and measurable business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise AI transformation programs, roadmaps, delivery plans, and governance. Translate business objectives into AI use cases, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. Manage senior stakeholders, steering committees, vendors, system integrators, and external partners. Ensure compliance with AI governance, data protection, cybersecurity, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements. Drive AI adoption, change management, training, and value realization. Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, contracts, and delivery performance. Requirements15+ years of professional experience with strong transformation program leadership. Proven experience leading AI transformation programs. Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, and automation. Good understanding of LLM, GenAI, RAG, Vector DB, Agentic AI, MCP, Agent Orchestration, GPUs, and Tokens. Experience in highly regulated environments. PMP/AI certifications and consulting experience are preferred. Arabic language skills are preferred.
