AI Transformation Specialist & AI Trainer

The RoleLead the company's AI transformation initiatives — identify, evaluate and bring suitable AI solutions on board for the company and its clients;Design and deliver professional AI training courses and workshops to corporate clients and internal staff on adopting and applying AI to transform their operations;Develop training curricula, course materials and documentation on AI adoption and transformation;Advise on overseas market opportunities for the company's AI solutions and services;Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline;Solid hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in production environments (e.g. LLM applications, AI workflow/pipeline design, prompt engineering, API integration);Proven experience designing and delivering training to non-technical audiences, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly;Experience onboarding teams onto new AI tools and driving adoption is highly preferred;Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage;Willingness to travel occasionally for training delivery and overseas market development.
