You turn incoming build requests into connected workflows, adding code where needed. An automation runs agreed steps after a trigger, without a person clicking through them. You use AI tools and check every answer or result before anyone uses or shares it. A technology team lead guides your choices and reviews changes before release. You will work from home in this fully remote position. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Build workflows that run without repeated clicks, using an automation tool such as Zapier to connect tools and actions.
- Organize incoming requests in a work management tool such as Asana, which tracks work, priorities and progress. Confirm unclear needs.
- Ask colleagues how they handle the work today. Write the steps, expected results and exceptions before choosing a simple approach.
- Write and improve prompts, the instructions given to an AI assistant such as Claude, which generates responses. Check every result.
- Write, test and fix code for workflow steps that need it. Keep saved versions in a code storage tool such as GitHub.
- Test complete workflows with sample inputs, missing details and failed connections. Trace faults and explain each fix in plain notes.
- Add checks and alerts for stopped workflows or doubtful AI results. Define when the workflow must pause for human review.
- Share each finished workflow with a short guide covering its purpose, connected tools, owner and steps for handling common problems.
- Watch new workflows after release, resolve reported problems and update the guide. Suggest further changes based on the team's feedback.
- Judge quality through repeatable results, tested code, useful alerts and clear notes. Confirm the workflow matches the agreed need before release.
