AI Workflow Specialist

We are seeking an AI Workflow Specialist to design, test and deploy AI workflows that improve work quality and reduce human effort across departments. You will work with teams to understand their needs, build practical solutions, and help people use those solutions independently.ResponsibilitiesAI Workflow Design and DeploymentWork with teams across the business to understand required outcomes, inputs, decisions, handoffs and quality requirements, and establish a baseline for current quality and human effort.Identify opportunities to simplify or rethink workflows where useful, as well as automate existing steps.Build and deploy practical AI-enabled workflows using the tools and capabilities best suited to the business need.Create reusable workflow templates and components for similar use cases.Evaluate and continuously improve workflow performance, ensuring measurable gains in quality, efficiency and reliability.AI Automation and IntegrationIntegrate AI tools with business systems to support effective, connected workflows.Configure and maintain workflow connections so that the right information moves reliably between systems and AI tools.Choose approaches that balance output quality, model and tool costs, reliability and ongoing maintenance.Handle data and access permissions carefully, with appropriate human review before consequential actions.Cross-Functional EnablementTrain and support teams across the business to adopt and use AI-enabled workflows effectively.Create clear instructions, guides and knowledge resources that enable teams to use and repeat workflows without constant technical support.Identify further opportunities to improve workflows as business needs and AI capabilities evolve.Provide lightweight support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.Ideal ProfileExperience Required: 2–3 years of experience in workflow automation, process optimization, operations, or similar roles involving systematic problem-solving. We prioritize logical reasoning ability and proven delivery over specific job titles.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience designing and delivering multi-step workflows using AI tools and workflow platforms, with practical experience applying AI tools to business work.Ability to translate a business problem into a clear workflow, test it on real inputs and judge whether the result is accurate, useful and repeatable.Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills are essential; coding experience is not required.Soft Skills:Curiosity about AI and the ability to learn new capabilities and judge where they are useful.Excellent communication and documentation skills to train and support teams across the business.Good-to-Have SkillsWorkflow Automation: Experience using n8n to connect applications and automate multi-step processes.Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve issues within automated workflows.API and Data Handling: Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks for connecting applications.Process Visualization: Experience creating simple diagrams or flowcharts to explain a workflow.
