AI Workflow Strategist (Pre-sales)

By streamlining repetitive workflows, fileAI enables your team to focus on higher-value tasks and boost productivity.About the RoleThis role focuses on collaborating with Account Executives, owning the technical aspects of the sales cycle, leading PoCs and pilots, serving as a trusted technical advisor, and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to internal best practices and tools.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations.Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, and integration discussions.Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, data security, and scalability.Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value or upsell.QualificationsProven experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related technical customer-facing role, ideally in an early stage product company.Required SkillsStrong understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and web applications.Familiarity with enterprise IT environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary, performance-based incentives.Perks & CultureHealth insurance, lunch perks, uncapped leave.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Grow & learn with a fast-growing organization.Equal Opportunity StatementfileAI is an equal opportunity employer.
