AIML Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead with a strong background in Generative AImodels, agentic systems, and machine learning algorithms. This role requires a leader who has handsonexperience in building AI-driven solutions for clients and delivering end-to-end AI solutions. You willlead a team of AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the successfulimplementation of AI projects from ideation to deployment. Strong communication skills are essential toeffectively articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AIand agentic AI models.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, andcontinuous learning.
• Develop and fine-tune ML models, including deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, andagent-based systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs, define AI strategies, and deliver customAI-driven solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable AI systems that integrate with enterprise applications.
• Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research, applying best practices to solve real-worldbusiness problems.
• Drive participation in AI hackathons and industry challenges, fostering a team culture ofinnovation and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamlessdeployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Present AI strategies and technical solutions to stakeholders, translating complex AI conceptsinto business value.
• Ensure AI models are ethical, fair, and transparent, with proper governance in place.Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, andML algorithms.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience indeploying models into production.
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAIAPIs, and other ML libraries.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
