ImaginXP also operates the “My Coach” e-learning app, serving tens of thousands of students and faculty, and aims to advance future-skills education that contributes to national development.Role Description The AIML Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The faculty member will design, deliver, and update courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, ensuring that the curriculum remains aligned with current industry practices and technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, preparing teaching materials, guiding students through projects and assignments, and evaluating student performance through assessments. The role also involves mentoring learners on career paths, collaborating with other faculty to integrate AIML into interdisciplinary programs, and supporting academic events such as workshops, seminars, and hackathons. The AIML Faculty is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and participate in institutional initiatives that enhance learner outcomes and employability.Qualifications Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including algorithms, model development, and practical implementation.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AIML (such as Python) and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.Experience in curriculum design, classroom teaching, and academic assessment at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.Ability to guide students in hands-on projects, research work, and industry-oriented problem-solving.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AIML, or a related field; relevant industry or research experience is highly beneficial.Comfort working with digital learning tools, learning management systems, and blended teaching methods.Collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in institutional development, industry partnerships, and student placement support.
