Air & Ocean Export Coordinator | Dallas, TX | Salary up to $65,000Our client is seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Export Coordinator to manage international export shipments from booking through final departure. The successful candidate will coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and vendors while ensuring all shipments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with U.S. export regulations.BenefitsSalary up to $65,000Medical, dental & vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off & holidaysCareer development opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage air and ocean export shipments from start to finish.Prepare export documentation including AWBs, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, SLIs, and AES filings.Coordinate with airlines, steamship lines, trucking companies, warehouses, and overseas agents.Monitor shipments and provide proactive customer updates.Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and documentation requirements.Resolve shipment issues and maintain accurate records within the freight forwarding system.Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and overseas partners.Requirements3+ years of air & ocean export freight forwarding experience.Strong knowledge of export documentation, AES filings, and Incoterms.Experience handling FCL, LCL, and air freight exports.Proficiency with freight forwarding software (CargoWise preferred).Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
